In 2017 we were asked if we wanted to teach a Work Experience bike shop class? We were like "YEA!" Today we have 6 work benches and $10,000 of tools provided by Oregonian Tax dollars. Well spent dollars if you ask me.

Rose School students here in Roseburg Oregon get to wrench and ride for credit. They work on donated bikes or on the bicycles of local individuals trying to better their situation. We offer youth a safe and consequence free work environment during school.

Youth run marketing

Communication is a powerful tool when mastered. It can change cultures in the work environment, but is also a skill that can provide career opportunities.

Check out our youth run social media platforms and leave some encouraging communication to our young people!

You can build up the next generation too!
